加拿大 溫哥華 Douglas College
Douglas College (道格拉斯學院) 成立於1970年，該校為最大的社區學院，離 加拿大 溫哥華二十五分鐘車程，每年收生大約10,000名。 Douglas 除了提供學士學位課程外，亦提供多項短期課程。目前大約20,000學生正修讀短期課程。
另外， Douglas 舉辦完善的英語課程，為在校或 加拿大 其他大學進修學業的學生提供改善英語水平的機會。 Douglas College 為學生提供一系列多元化且具啟發性及挑戰性的課程，部分課程的學分更可轉到加拿大或是世界各國其他大學。除了學術課程， Douglas 亦有各種職業課程以及ESL培訓。 Douglas 每年大約有1000名學生成功轉升大學，證明了其優質的教學水平。其員工態度積極且友善，能隨時為學生提供全方位的協助。另外 Douglas 設有國際生獎學金，只要優秀的成績完成24個學分即可申請CAD1000 (名額10個) 及CAD500 (名額40個)的獎學金。
Douglas 三個校區的地理位置都十分優越：兩個校區分别靠近大型購物中心及機場；而新建校區位於高貴林地區，校舍規模宏大，教學設施完善；舊校區New Westminster位於市中心附近，其ESL中心就設於此。

公立學校約 CAD15,000 / 年 （依學校/科系會有正負3000左右的落差）
如果就讀一年文憑可以有1年工作簽證，若是兩年的話就可以拿3年工作簽證。
公立學校主要是以1,5,9月開課為主。
Pathway入學就是你的英文成績未達但是一定要達到一定門檻才能入學，所以透過一個課程的學習達到入學德標準。
多數公立學院皆提供條件式入學，學生可於公立學院指定語言學校提升語言程度後入學。
加拿大無論是西岸、中部或東岸，都有很多公立大學有和pathway合作都可以選擇這種條件式入學。

公立學院入學方式彈性，基本申請要求包括高中畢業、在校成績及雅思成績。
公立學院多數課程皆採先到先審制，沒有固定的申請期限，一年皆有2-3個入學時間，建議學生可以提前一年申請（如2022年9月入學，2021年9月就申請學校），以確保申請的名額。
首先要先達到英文要求，然後提早選擇報考學校1-3間，準備正式的文件，避免突發狀況，接下來取得入學通知後申請簽證與其他申請。
